Health safety & environmental officer

Overview
Our client within the commercial agricultural space is seeking a detail-oriented HSE Officer. Candidates are required to have a completed matric certificate, and a SAMTRAC or equivalent health and safety qualification. One should also have proven experience in health and safety functions.
Responsibilities
The HSE Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation and monitoring of the HSE Management System (HSEMS).
Supporting HSE Management.
Assist with incident investigations, corrective actions and follow-ups.
Facilitate training activities.
Manage hazard identification processes, forms, and registers. Qualifications
