Health & Safety Lead — Residential Groundworks

A regional contractor in West Sussex is looking for a new Health & Safety Manager due to the retirement of their current manager. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in the residential groundwork's sector and will be responsible for implementing safety best practices on site. Responsibilities include training staff on safety policies and investigating incidents to ensure a safe work environment. A background in training and upskilling is advantageous for this role. The salary range is £70k – £80k annually.
