What is the opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Health & Safety Manager to lead and oversee the site’s health and safety programs across cement manufacturing, surface mining, maintenance, mobile equipment, contractor activities, and terminal operations. The role is responsible for driving regulatory compliance, strengthening risk controls, and fostering a safety‑first culture across a complex, integrated industrial operation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain site health and safety policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and company standards, including Quebec, Canada, and other relevant jurisdictional requirements.
