Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain Health & Safety policies and procedures in line with current legislation
• Ensure full compliance with Irish Health & Safety regulations
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Prepare and update Safety Statements, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety training to employees
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and implement corrective actions
