Health and Safety Officer

Full‑time position based out of Laframboise Group’s corporate office located in Long Sault (Cornwall) Ontario. The LAFRAMBOISE GROUP is seeking a Health and Safety Officer with industrial project experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote and support LAFRAMBOISE GROUP’s commitment to a safe and healthy work environment by communicating safety expectations and leading by example.
• Monitor and support safe daily field operations, responding promptly to project safety concerns, changing site conditions, and operational requirements.
• Provide coaching and training to workers, subcontractors, and visitors on company safety policies, procedures, hazard recognition, and safe work practices, including orientations, refresher training, and safety stand‑downs.
