**JOB SUMMARY**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Health & Safety**

+ Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the resort’s Health & Safety management system.
+ Ensure full compliance with local legislation, company policies, and Marriott International standards.
+ Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, inspections, and safety reviews across all operational departments.
+ Coordinate and oversee fire safety procedures, emergency response plans, and evacuation drills.
+ Develop and deliver Health & Safety training for associates at all levels.
