Health & Safety Specialist

Job Description

We are a global team focused on electric power switching, protection, and control. The Health & Safety Specialist will provide guidance and support to manufacturing operations at our Toronto facility, ensuring continuous improvement in health and safety performance.

Compensation

Estimated annual base salary range: $96,778 - $128,225. Additional incentive plan offers up to a 5% bonus of base earnings.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and manage policies, procedures, and reporting systems for the Manufacturing Safety program.
• Maintain records of third‑party contracts related to health, safety, and environmental issues.
• Produce monthly analysis of safety documentation and statistics.
