1) Guarantee Letter (GL) – Health Screening
Ø Check daily pending GL. Check 5 - 7 days GL in TMCRM system.
v Check pending GL in TPA (Third Party Administrator - PMCARE, Micare, AIA & etc) portal.
v Tally GL received by comparing them from shared folder GL with TMCRM system.
v Attached the GL in the TMCRM system by inserting link of the GL saved in shared folder.
Ø All GL must be saved in shared folder for Health Screening Counter purpose.
Ø Email Telesales the pending GL list. Telesales will remind their respective clients to request the GL - for those GL by HR and self-request.
Ø GL request to TPA.
Ø For Saturday, Sunday & Monday GLs – need to double check the GL amount and package selection.
2) Top – Up GL
Ø Collect the Top-Up GL (billing and invoices) from Health Screening Counter one day after appointment date.
Ø Upload the bills & breakdown test in TPA portal and follow-up with TPA side.
