Health, Security & Environment (HSE) Officer

1. To plan and develop for the implementation and administration of safety and health policies and practices to meet legal requirements.
2. To liaise with external government officers and authorities in related to ESH matters and to ensure policies and regulation are meet their requirement.
3. Conduct regular workplace inspection and audits to identify and rectify unsafe acts and conditions.
4. Serve as secretary in Safety and Health Committee, including preparing meeting material, follow up action and to update record keeping.
5. Assist in arranging development and execution of emergency response drills (e.g fire drill, chemical spills, flood)
6. Develop, review and implementation of Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRARC), Safe Work Procedure (SWP) and Permit to Work (PTW) system.
