Job Description

                    T  he Role:   The candidate will be responsible for supporting the application's end-users, identifying and coordinating issues that affect their application areas and understanding the organization's workflow and policies.   Critical Success Factors 

 Prior healthcare background will be ideal 
 Good communication & stakeholder management skills 
 Certifications in EPIC will be a bonus 

 Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:    Incident Management   You will gather information from diverse sources, critically evaluating it to define problems, and developing proactive plans for resolution and prevention.
