Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign caregivers or nurses to open shifts.
• Reach out to clients and previously onboarded individuals to discuss care plans or shift needs.
• Respond promptly to emergency requests and ensure timely caregiver placement.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shift coordination.
• Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English with clients, caregivers, and internal teams.
