Job Description

                    Responsibilities Ensure holistic care for elderly health, comfort and security 
Deliver professional nursing care tailored to geriatric needs 
Plan and implement meaningful activities for senior residents 
Maintain accurate Individual Care Plans with timely updates and documentation 
Assist with activities of daily living including personal hygiene and grooming 
Collaborate with caregivers and volunteers in elderly care best practices 
Job Requirements Min Diploma in any field 
Min 2 years Singapore working experience in geriatric care 
ITE Certificate in Home Care or Healthcare related certificate 
Rotation shift: 6 day work week 
Good communication and interpersonal skills
