About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the welcoming voice and face of our clinic. As the first point of contact for patients—both by phone and in person—you will help create a positive and seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and professionally, assisting with check-in, registration, and general inquiries.
- Accurately verify, update, and maintain patient demographic and insurance information.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments; conduct reminder and follow-up calls as needed.
- Manage a high volume of calls daily (approximately 600–800 inbound and 100–200 outbound).
- Coordinate with clinical teams to maintain accurate and optimized provider schedules.
- Obtain and process insurance authorizations and approvals in a timely manner.
