Healthcare Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
We're seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming voice and face of our clinic. As the first point of contact for patients, you'll ensure every interaction—whether by phone or in person—is smooth, professional, and supportive. This position plays a critical role in managing appointments, verifying insurance details, updating patient information, and assisting with general inquiries to keep daily operations running seamlessly.

What You'll Do:

• Provide a warm and professional greeting to patients, assisting them through check-in and registration.
• Accurately confirm, update, and maintain patient records, including insurance information.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments, as well as make reminder and follow-up calls.
• Manage a high volume of daily calls (approximately 600–800 inbound, 100–200 outbound).
