The Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Inbound) serves as a primary point of contact for patients in a fast-paced call center environment. This role supports patient access to care by managing inbound inquiries, coordinating appointments, validating patient information, and assisting with pre-registration processes. The representative ensures accurate documentation within the electronic health record system and delivers a positive, supportive experience during every patient interaction.
