Healthcare Enterprise Analytics Outcomes Specialist

**Role Overview**

Under the leadership of the Manager Outcomes Evaluation, the **Enterprise Analytics Outcomes Specialis** t operates as a Data Scientist responsible for evaluating internal clinical programs and developing statistical models to guide evidence-based population health management practices. The team develops analytics to support a range of departments, including matched retrospective program evaluations, models for optimizing mix of outreach, and estimating potential operational changes. The Outcomes Specialist prepares and assists the Senior Outcomes Specialist in evaluation of results in a manner that’s accepted by a diverse group of stakeholders.
