**Job Description**

The **Major Account Executive (Sales Role)** is responsible for achieving assigned sales targets by driving profitable UPS revenue growth through **Small Package (SP)** sales, new business development, and the retention of existing key accounts.

As an account owner, this role covers all customer-related responsibilities, including **client relationship management, solution development, and continuous support** .
The Major Account Executive analyzes customers’ logistics and supply chain needs, proposes **UPS Small Package and logistics solutions** , and promptly responds to client requests to ensure satisfaction and business growth.
