Healthcare Network Manager

Description

• Own the total number of partner providers we have
• Keep our partner churn rate to a minimum
• Scout for relevant partners for pitching and onboarding
• Monitor partner coverage and their respective utilization
• Identify areas of growth think our healthcare provider network and execute plans to either (1) increase their transaction volume and/or (2) basket size
• Identify significant problem areas and collaborate with the Service Delivery team to address them
• Represent KMD in relevant meetings, industry and community events to widen our funnel of potential partners.
• Mentor your team. Identify high‑potential teammates and endorse them for additional training and exposure.

Requirements

• Excellent English verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to make narrative‑driven, concise and purposeful digital presentations.
