Therapeutic Operations Section

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical professional to support operations across Rehabilitation, Dietetics, and Medical Social Work services.
This role focuses on process improvement, budgeting, workflow, data analytics, and project management to enhance operational efficiency, manpower productivity, and patient experience. You will work closely with Section In-Charges and support departmental initiatives from planning through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and supervise Patient Service Associates (PSAs).
• Support budgeting, procurement (CAPEX/OPEX), and financial performance monitoring.
• Drive process improvement, digitalisation, and new service initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and provide data analysis and reporting.
• Support EPIC system functions and departmental policy/SOP updates.
