Healthcare Operations Coordinator

Faircape Health is seeking an experienced Healthcare Operations Coordinator (Half-Day) to join our healthcare leadership team in a hands‑on, operational coordination role across three of our long‑term healthcare facilities in the Southern Suburbs (Tokai Estate, Noordhoek Manor and Cle du Cap).

The role is ideal for a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurse, or Social Worker who enjoys working beyond direct clinical care and wants to play a meaningful role in healthcare operations, patient flow, compliance, communication, and service excellence .
