Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage caregiver/RN scheduling for US clients
Handle daily staffing operations and shift management
Complete and review caregiver and RN clinical notes
Upload and manage patient documentation on Axxess Home Health software
Follow up with caregivers regarding documentation and compliance
Conduct interviews of caregivers and healthcare staff in English
Post jobs on different hiring platforms and recruitment channels
Coordinate with the US operations team regarding staffing needs
Maintain employee records and onboarding documentation
