Healthcare Payer Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to support healthcare payer operations. This role requires strong project management skills, consistent follow-through, and the ability to navigate U.S. payer systems efficiently.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and experienced in handling sensitive healthcare data while driving operational accountability and clear communication across stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities related to healthcare payer coordination.
• Maintain constant follow-up with payers, partners, and internal teams during US business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST).
• Navigate payer switchboards and communicate effectively with insurance representatives.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and operational workflows.
