Working Conditions

• Location: Medellín, Colombia.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm (Colombia time).

Position Overview

• The Project Manager reports to the Director of Strategic Integration & Special Projects.

• Key role in driving Allevio's growth by ensuring smooth integration of acquired practices and supporting strategic projects.

• Manage departmental workflows, enforce accountability with cross-functional leaders, and keep affiliate practices informed on integration progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Integration Support: Maintain and update workflows in Allevio's project management platform ), ensure department leads meet timelines, co-lead integration meetings, provide updates to Affiliate Practice Leaders, identify and escalate risks.
