Job Description: The Scheduler is responsible for maintaining strong client and caregiver relationships, ultimately ensuring a best in home care experience for both clients and employees. This role plays an integral part in matching caregivers with clients, handling referrals accurately, and coordinating schedules to meet client needs.

Requirements:
- English C1
- 2 years of experience as a Scheduler in health areas preferably
- Basic office and computer skills with strong organizational abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Verbal Communication Answer telephone calls and inquiries in a professional, upbeat manner.
- Communicate regularly with associates and clients to evaluate service quality.
