Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Specialist role located in Lima. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing first-response medical support, ensuring patient care, and facilitating communication between medical facilities and patients. Additional responsibilities include administering treatment as required, maintaining detailed patient records, and participating in professional development opportunities to enhance healthcare skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Emergency Medical Treatment (EMT) and basic medical care practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
