Healthcare Systems Partner (Policy & Access)

Role Purpose

We are looking for a visionary Healthcare Systems Partner (HSP) to serve as a local face of Roche Philippines. In this function-agnostic role, you will be a catalyst for change, working at the heart of the healthcare ecosystem to shape a future where innovation is accessible to all. As an HSP, you will strengthen the Philippine healthcare system by collaborating with government bodies, regulators, payers, and patient advocates to co-create sustainable solutions that dismantle barriers to care and deliver significantly better outcomes for patients and society.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive transformative healthcare innovation by partnering with external stakeholders to create long-term value for the Philippine patient community.
• Act as the primary, trusted point of contact for high-level system stakeholders, managing complex relationships with transparency and integrity.
• Embody the VACC model (Visionary, Architect, Coach, C...
