Position: Medical Scribe

Overview:
We're seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Medical Scribe to join our remote healthcare team. In this role, you will accurately document patient encounters in real time, helping physicians focus on patient care while ensuring all medical records are precise and up to date.

What You'll Do:

• Listen to and document patient visits and clinical encounters with accuracy and speed.
• Enter patient information, examination findings, and treatment plans into electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Review and update medical records for completeness and correctness.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient data in compliance with HIPAA and related regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and spoken English skills with strong attention to detail.
