Job Responsibilities:

• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits (including manual verification when automated checks fail).
• Manage and track prior authorization requests for therapy services.
• Handle billing processes, including accurate use of CPT and ICD-10 codes.
• Process claims and follow up on denials or rejections.
• Work within PST Prompt EMR or similar healthcare management systems.
• Coordinate and follow up on patient referrals and new leads, ensuring all required documentation is collected.
• Obtain scripts (orders) from physicians and ensure accuracy before scheduling.
• Collect outstanding balances and manage patient payments professionally.
