PLANNING

1. Organizes the activities of the section.

1.1 Arranges schedule of duties of staff.

1.2 Ensures adequacy of personnel.

1.3 Communicates to the Head of the Section any need for additional equipment.

DOING/EXECUTION

1. Provides cardiovascular and EEG services to patients such as ECG, 2-D Echo,

Holter, Stress Test and EEG.

1. Ensures that patient's condition is monitored properly.

2. Provides orientation and development programs for personnel of the section.

3. Maintains adequate inventory of equipment and supplies.

4. Ensures that charges of cardiovascular and EEG services are properly and accurately

encoded.

1. Submits required reports including census and other related information.

2. Attends internal and external meetings when required.

3. Oversees housekeeping.
