Heat Treatment & Grinding Shift Team Leader – Aftercast
You will lead the aftercast value stream across heat treatment furnaces (loading/unloading & cooling stations), shot blasting, and fettling/grinding, ensuring standards, procedures and work instructions are consistently applied. You'll own shift performance, data accuracy and continuous improvement.
