Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Estimator

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Takeoff Specialist to support our estimating team by reviewing construction plans, performing accurate material and labor quantity takeoffs, and assisting in bid preparation.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of HVAC systems, exceptional attention to detail, and experience with digital takeoff tools. This role helps ensure competitive bids and accurate project costing.

Key Responsibilities

• Review HVAC plans, mechanical drawings, and specifications
• Perform detailed HVAC quantity takeoffs (ductwork, piping, equipment, vents, diffusers, fittings, insulation, etc.)
• Use estimating/takeoff software to measure, quantify, and document material requirements
• Prepare takeoff spreadsheets and submit results to the estimating team
