TO Live’s Facilities Department has an opportunity in the role of Heavy‑Duty Cleaner. Reporting into the Facilities Manager, the duties include, but are not limited to, general cleaning and maintenance, snow removal, gardening, and set‑up and dismantling of tables and chairs for special functions.

This is an hourly (part‑time) unionized position under TO Live’s collective bargaining agreement with SEIU Local 2.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs, including auditorium, lobby, restrooms and booth floors.
• Maintain carpets (vacuum, remove debris, clean with shampoo as necessary).
• Strip and refinish hard floors with mopping system or equipment as required.
