As a Leading Hand with AES, you’ll support scheduled maintenance and diagnostics on mining equipment, while motivating and inspiring the workshop team to perform at their best. Communication is key, as you’ll work closely with managers, staff and contractors to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration.
