**Position Summary**

Kiewit is seeking a Heavy Equipment Mechanic for a shop located in Mebane, NC.

**Requirements**

1+ years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic or equivalent education
Experience with field troubleshooting equipment preferred
Experience working with the following equipment: Caterpillar, Liebherr, Xtreme, Takeuchi preferred
Experience working with the following diagnostic systems: CAT ET, Cummins INSITE, Diesel Laptop preferred

**Job Details**

Current schedule is 7:00am – 5:30pm, Monday – Friday
Must be willing to work additional overtime, weekends and nights when required
All offers are contingent on your ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol test

**Work Environment**

The person in this position needs to constantly move about a construction/industrial site, so should be able to stand, walk, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl
