About the role

As the Heavy Equipment Coordinator at Atlantica Realty Development Corporation, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and effective operations of our construction projects in the Bulacan Central Luzon area. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for coordinating the deployment, maintenance, and utilisation of our fleet of heavy equipment to ensure timely delivery of our developments.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the scheduling and deployment of heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and cranes to construction sites as per project requirements
• Monitor the maintenance and repair of all heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards
• Liaise with project managers and site supervisors to align equipment allocation with construction schedules and milestones
• Maintain detailed records of equipment usage, servicing, and any incidents or breakdowns
