Organize production shop in a continuous improvement to fulfil the above-mentioned responsibilities, implementation of Lean manufacturing as the key continuous improvement tool.

Resource planning to reduce lead time, therefore satisfy with market needs, customer needs.
Optimizing manufacturing process to reduce “waste” between/within production steps, therefore, to improve productivity.

Consistently strives to meet the production schedules.
