The selected professional will be responsible for developing accurate, timely estimates and competitive bid packages for municipal and state-level heavy highway concrete scopes. The ideal candidate must possess deep knowledge in concrete paving techniques and processes relevant to government-funded infrastructure developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze technical documentation including blueprints and specs to produce comprehensive quantity takeoffs for sidewalks, curbs, flatwork, and full-depth paving.
Lead cost estimating for concrete-related scopes on large-scale DOT, tollway, and municipal roadway jobs.
