Job Description
Be part of the leadership team at Hecla Mining as a Mill Supervisor in the Keno Hill district. This role is critical in achieving production goals while promoting safety and environmental standards.
Reporting directly to the Mill Superintendent, you will oversee the milling operations and ensure that safety and efficiency are prioritized. Your leadership will involve coaching the production team, planning operational programs, and maintaining compliance with company policies. Engaging in best practices to optimize equipment use is also vital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage production targets and operational schedules
• Inform and guide the Mill Operations team
