As we scale our operations and onboard new mandates, we are looking for a highly disciplined, execution-minded Operations Specialist to take complete ownership of our middle- and back-office pipelines.
The Reality of the Role This is a flat, lean environment. The core of this position is strict Business-As-Usual (BAU) trade processing and daily execution—there is no corporate fluff, and there is no immediate track to front-office trading or large-scale project management.
