Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and client-focused Help Desk IT Support Technician to provide first-line technical support to internal users. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolve IT support tickets, and ensure users can work efficiently with minimal disruption. Key Responsibilities Respond to user queries via ticketing system, email, or phone in a timely and professional manner. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues. Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other office equipment. Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access in Active Directory and company systems. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate technical teams. Document incidents, solutions, and updates in the help desk system.
