Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our Technical Support Team,
- Supervise and lead a team of Help Desk and Technicians, ensuring they provide high-quality service and meet performance standards.
- Ensures timely and effective support to our internal users.
- Identify recurring faults and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and manage critical incidents.
- Coordinate with vendors, installers, and internal security or facilities teams.
- Prepare reports on system uptime, incident trends, and preventive maintenance performance.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular meetings and team reviews.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Office Management, or other related fields.
