A leading US company that provides innovative technological solutions for its projects is seeking a help desk representative to join its remote team.
We are looking for:
Experience in IT help desk and technical support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in:
• Windows, macOS, and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
• Networking (Wi-Fi, routers, VPNs).
• Business applications (Office 365, Google Workspace).
• Proven customer service skills supporting English-speaking clients.
• Experience with help desk/ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
Big Plus (Preferred Experience)
• POS systems (installation, support).
• VoIP systems (setup, troubleshooting).
• Surveillance systems (CCTV/IP cameras).
• AV systems (audio/video conferencing, integration).
• Networking hardware, especially Ubiquiti UniFi (setup, management).
