Position at Samtec, Inc Essential Functions/Responsibilities:1. Assist in daily operations of the MIS department, including problem determination, evaluation, and corrections.2. Phone system support3. Global User Ticket Entry4. User Desktop Support for Costa Rica (Operating System, applications, Hardware, external devices)5. Remote support for Satellite locations (US, Asia, Europe, South America)6. Procurement functions and relationships pertaining to the necessary hardware and software needed to properly maintain company information systems.Required Experience:1. 2 – 5 Years’ Experience in an MIS Support position.2. Experience in PC Software based IS environment with an emphasis on troubleshooting.3. Manufacturing experience is preferred.4.
