About the Role:
We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our growing team in Bogotá.
This is an on-site position focused primarily on technical support and IT operations. The role is ideal for someone with strong Help Desk experience who enjoys troubleshooting, resolving user issues, and maintaining stable IT environments.
You will be responsible for supporting Windows-based systems, handling hardware and networking issues, assisting with server-related tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will regularly interact with U.S.-based clients and internal team members.
