Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cali for a Help Desk Technician. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues. Additional daily tasks include maintaining accurate records of customer service requests, configuring equipment, and ensuring timely responses to support tickets. The technician will also assist users by offering guidance and training on systems and applications to improve their efficiency.
