Job Description


Role: Tier 1 Technician

Location: Bogota - Onsite (Fridays at Home)

Schedule: Monday–Friday

What you'll do:

First-line support for users

Password resets, MFA enrollments, identity verification

Active Directory & permissions management

Troubleshoot Windows 11, VPN, printers, and SaaS apps

Support Office 365, Zoom, Teams, Salesforce, Citrix environments

Deliver outstanding customer service

What we're looking for:

6 months–1 year Tier 1 experience

Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 11, SaaS tools

Strong communication & customer service skills
