Help with removing bulky items from my flat and disposal

I'm looking for a reliable helper to clear out several bulky items from my apartment in preparation for a move. The task includes removing old sofa, mattress, wardrobe, and a few boxed items from the hallway to the waste disposal or recycling bins. I prefer a team that has moving equipment like a dolly and straps, and can handle stairs to the building. If possible, please provide a rough estimate of how many bags or cubic meters you can haul per trip. I’d like the job completed in one session on a weekday and I can be flexible with start time between 9:00 and 14:00. Please confirm you will dispose of items legally and recycle where possible.
