Job Description
Role: IT Helpdesk Analyst Location: San Antonio, Texas Responsibilities
+ The role requires a contractor who is skilled in IT Warehouse Assest management.
+ IT fulfillment, asset tag requests for purchase order receiving, related to multi-state customers.
+ Maintain IT asset management record integrity.
+ Maintains digital and physical IT asset management files for record retention. Maintains database record of various types of IT asset transactions.
+ End-User technical support.
+ The role is essential to sustaining daily operational activities, including device provisioning, bricking/unbricking processes, asset tracking, and support for ongoing Optum integration and compliance-related initiatives.
+ This contractor would be an AI User role, which includes, but is not limited to, consistent use of AI/Copilot for daily work and maintaining a minimum of 90% weekly usage of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft ...
