Helpdesk Support Engineer

Job Role:

Provides technical assistance to internal customers, troubleshooting hardware and software via phone, chat channel, and email and guiding users through solutions, while documenting incidents and ensuring timely resolutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Technical Support and Troubleshooting

1. System Testing - Perform testing and validation of IT systems to ensure functionality and reliability after troubleshooting or installation
2. Remote Support - Provide remote assistance for issues that can be resolved off site using remote desktop tools or support software

Installation and Maintenance

1. Equipment Installation - Set up and configure hardware components such as computers, servers, printers, and networking devices.
2. Software Deployment - Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems based on client or organizational requirements
