Helpdesk Support Executive

About the role

As a Helpdesk Support Executive at E-MAINTENANCE SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective technical support to our clients. This full-time role is based in Kelana Jaya, Selangor and will involve handling a range of IT-related queries and issues in a timely manner.

What you'll be doing

1. Responding to and resolving incoming support requests from clients via phone or email
2. Escalating issues to the appropriate technical team for further investigation and resolution
3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all support activities
4. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the enhancement of our IT support services

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a helpdesk or IT support role
